Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting. Your expertise includes 2 years of experience with generative AI techniques such as LLMs and multimodal models, as well as experience writing production-level code in various programming languages. You are well-versed in SQL and modern data warehousing concepts, with a strong understanding of cloud-native distributed systems and AI/ML workflows in enterprise environments.

You have a proven track record of designing and deploying sophisticated data and AI solutions, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner with key customers to validate technical feasibility and align architectures with existing enterprise stacks. Your experience includes mentoring engineers and establishing coding standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Desirable

You possess 10 years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture, with 6 years focused on cloud-native distributed systems. Your background includes 3 years of experience in prompt development and model evaluation, showcasing your ability to creatively apply AI to solve real-world issues. You are comfortable working with customer CTOs and data officers to drive product innovation and customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of Google's data and generative AI solutions, acting as a partner to key customers. You will build, deploy, and optimize sophisticated Data and AI agents, leveraging Google's advanced technologies. Your responsibilities include bridging the gap between core product engineering teams and customer needs, ensuring that proposed architectures meet enterprise demands.

You will directly influence product innovation and customer success, disrupting traditional Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices. Your role will involve providing direction and mentorship to builder engineers, reviewing architectural designs, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, secure software. You will collaborate closely with customer CTOs and data officers to validate technical feasibility and align solutions with their existing technology stacks.
