Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of programming experience in languages such as C++, Java, or Go. With at least 3 years in a technical leadership role, you have a proven track record in building software focused on data privacy and security, particularly in identity and access management. Your experience includes 2 years in a people management or team leadership role, where you've honed your skills in collaboration, testing, team building, stakeholder management, project execution, and product roadmaps.

You thrive in complex, matrixed organizations and possess strong communication skills that enable you to influence and shape your team's culture and processes. Your technical expertise allows you to guide engineers in optimizing their code while managing project goals and contributing to product strategy. You understand the importance of aligning cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Desirable

A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field would be a plus, as would experience working in a large-scale environment. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a fast-paced tech landscape and are eager to take on the responsibilities of a Software Engineering Manager.
