Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or in a customer-facing role. Your expertise includes cloud market insights and cloud computing across various domains such as applications, infrastructure, storage, and platforms. You excel in engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders, particularly within state, local, and higher education markets.
You are familiar with structured enterprise architecture practices and have experience with hybrid cloud deployments and on-premise-to-cloud migration strategies. Your background includes working with government agencies, especially in the state of New York, and you understand the enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes. You possess a strong ability to learn new emerging technologies and methodologies in the Cloud/IT space, which allows you to deliver results effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the holistic enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, and technical teams. You will be responsible for orchestrating solutions that consist of multiple products, ensuring that customers receive the best practices to enhance their Google Cloud effectiveness. Your role will involve traveling up to 50% to customer sites, conferences, and related events as needed, allowing you to build strong relationships and understand customer needs deeply.
You will also be tasked with presenting cloud solutions to executive leaders, helping them transform their businesses with technology built in the cloud. Your ability to work cross-functionally will be crucial as you position and orchestrate solutions that meet customer requirements. You will play a key role in shaping the future of cloud computing for various sectors, ensuring that Google Cloud remains a leader in the market.
