Google is hiring a Technical Account Manager Lead to oversee a team of senior technical leaders and ensure the successful adoption of Google Cloud's technology. You'll work closely with strategic enterprise customers and require extensive experience in cloud solutions and people management.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, along with 15 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Your background includes working with stakeholders to develop and maintain cloud solutions in various cloud environments. You possess strong people management skills, having developed or led technical teams effectively.

Your experience includes leading cloud transformation organizations or Technical Account Management functions, and you have participated in Architecture Review Boards (ARBs), influencing product development priorities based on customer feedback. You have a solid understanding of enterprise development principles, including security, network, and compute, as well as modern operational frameworks like SRE, DevOps, and FinOps.

You excel in navigating ambiguity and leading teams through organizational change while driving operational expertise and consistency. Your communication, presentation, problem-solving, and people management skills are exceptional, allowing you to advocate for customers effectively.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager Lead at Google Cloud Consulting, you will lead a team of senior technical leaders aligned with our most strategic customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver Technical Account Management services, ensuring business transformation and innovation roadmaps are effectively implemented. You will oversee the resolution of platform tests and high-stakes technical escalations, acting as the definitive advisor to restore stability and secure trust during mission-critical events.

You will advocate for the customer at scale by partnering with Product and Development leadership to shape roadmaps and prioritize enterprise-grade feature requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our customers successfully adopt and integrate Google Cloud’s technology, transforming their businesses in the process.
