Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages. You possess 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and at least 1 year of experience in software design and architecture. Your background includes 3 years of experience with machine learning infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, and debugging. You are familiar with speech/audio technologies, reinforcement learning, and have a specialization in another ML field. You also have a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, with 5 years of experience in this area. If you have a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, that would be a plus.

What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Google, you will work on critical projects involving ML infrastructure across various aspects of personalization, including game content and offer personalization. You will become an expert in offline training and production deployment/debugging, and you will handle user data while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop next-generation technologies that impact billions of users.
