Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including Java, C/C++, or Python. Your background includes 8 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on building and deploying recommendation systems models in production. You have 5 years of experience with machine learning design and infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning. You are well-versed in testing and launching software products, and you possess 3 years of experience in software design and architecture. Your expertise extends to data structures and algorithms, with 8 years of experience in this area, and you have 6 years of experience specifically in machine learning or quality roles focused on recommendation systems. You are familiar with clustering algorithms, SQL, and deep learning models, and have experience with tools such as C++, Dremel/F1, and TensorFlow. You have a proven ability to drive quality projects from design to implementation and eventual launch.

Desirable

Experience working with research and the ability to scale models' applications across various modalities and use cases is a plus. You are comfortable with parameter tuning and label quality engineering, and you have a keen interest in capturing new user interests and world trends in real-time.
