Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development. Your fluency in English and Romanian allows you to effectively manage client relationships in the CEE region. You possess a strong understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics, and you are passionate about helping clients succeed through innovative advertising solutions.

Your experience includes assessing and achieving agency/client success through effective questioning, objection handling, and storytelling. You have a proven track record of managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing, consistently overachieving quotas to drive growth. You act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and its customers.

What you'll do

As an Account Strategist, you will own a portfolio of small businesses, thoroughly understanding their growth drivers and identifying opportunities for growth. You will manage risks and build quarterly plans for achievement, driving customer growth by delivering outstanding business experiences. Your role will involve advising clients on how to maximize their return on Google Ads investments, ensuring they achieve their business and marketing objectives.

You will collaborate closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google. Your responsibilities will include building trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs, and translating them into powerful solutions that help them achieve their most ambitious goals.
