Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing solutions. Your background includes implementing and measuring campaigns while providing client solutions, and you have at least 1 year of experience in customer relationship development or account management. You are fluent in English and Portuguese, enabling you to engage effectively with local stakeholders.

You possess expertise in managing insights and analytics, and you have a proven track record in client management or consulting-oriented projects that drive customer success. Your experience includes managing complex, transformative solutions with clients, showcasing your problem-solving skills in various projects. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, and you have a passion for creating and sharing best practices to foster a culture of learning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will implement, optimize, and manage digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet client needs and drive successful outcomes. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while understanding client measurement strategies and defining impactful KPIs. As a subject matter expert, you will lead complex, multi-quarter projects, overseeing project planning, team leadership, and execution. Your responsibilities will also include developing and presenting new proposals to clients, ensuring that their needs are met through effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
