Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. With 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, you are well-versed in executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. You possess proficiency with SQL or similar database querying languages and database schema, allowing you to extract and analyze data effectively. Your investigative and spreadsheet software modeling skills are excellent, enabling you to tackle complex financial scenarios with ease. You are comfortable taking initiative in unstructured environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with sound business judgment. Your leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives and senior management teams make you a valuable asset in any financial setting.

What you'll do

As a Financial Analyst at Google, you will ensure that the company makes sound financial decisions by creating financial models and driving strategic analyses that investigate business questions impacting the YouTube Creator Ecosystem. You will lead projects and provide analytical support, developing a Finance point of view to help drive the organization toward the right long-term outcomes.
