Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 2 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages. Your expertise includes full stack development, with back-end experience in C++ and Golang, and front-end experience with Angular and GraphQL. You are familiar with large-scale distributed systems, data modeling, and data processing, and you have a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

You are passionate about developing accessible technologies with a front-end focus and are eager to work on projects that have a significant impact on users. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with external teams and product functions to improve cross-product journeys and integrations. What you'll do

As a Software Engineer III at Google, you will work on critical projects that align with the company's needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as the business evolves. You will lead efforts to improve system resilience and reduce on-call toil, ensuring that the technologies you develop can handle information at massive scale. You will collaborate with product managers and UX designers to enhance user experiences and drive innovation across the full stack.

Your role will involve providing expertise in user-to-system modeling for distributed architectures, guiding technical strategy, and mentoring junior engineers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet the demands of Google's diverse user base.
