Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, or events marketing. Your background includes managing integrated advertising for large clients in India, and you possess a deep understanding of the India marketing landscape, including consumer trends and media channels. You are proficient in media measurement and familiar with Google and other media platforms, demonstrating the ability to measure the impact of campaign strategies effectively.
Your communication and people management skills are excellent, allowing you to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams. As a creative in marketing, you bring visual, design, written, and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You thrive in a flexible, ever-changing environment and are open to new influences and inspiration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide expert media leadership through engaged assessments and benchmarking, formulating authoritative points of view that push boundaries in integrated advertising and digital innovation. You will lead external media agency partners to achieve operational excellence while collaborating on forward-thinking solutions that leverage the latest media features and ad technologies. Your responsibilities will include inspiring a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media.
You will articulate the key use cases for using AI in media and demonstrate an interest in AI for media and marketing. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business goals and effectively optimized for performance. You will also be responsible for assessing and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
