Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and you have at least 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners. Your experience includes writing and reading code in languages such as Java, C++, and Python, and you are well-versed in web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You have a strong understanding of SQL and have worked as a developer in the mobile app space, whether on iOS or Android platforms. Your ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you possess excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of debugging customer-facing issues.

Desirable

Experience working alongside technical teams in Product, Engineering, or Business to solve ambiguous problems is a plus. You are adept at balancing business and partner needs with technical constraints, and you have a knack for developing innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies. Your collaborative spirit allows you to lead cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring that the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms meet the highest standards.

What you'll do

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical relationship with our largest advertising clients and product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients and partners. Your role will involve everything from concept design and testing to data analysis and support, ensuring that you oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms. You will identify and implement best practices to streamline sales strategies, accelerating product adoption and establishing a blueprint for partner success. Additionally, you will act as a critical feedback loop between the market and the product, influencing strategy, design, and prioritization in collaboration with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
