Who you are
You have 8+ years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, or consulting — you've navigated complex customer organizations and influenced stakeholders from day-to-day operations to C-suite executives. Your background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and an MBA or advanced professional degree is preferred. You excel in client-facing roles, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail while delivering results in a highly organized manner.
Your expertise includes Marketing Analytics and experience with 3P Analytics Platforms, as well as web analytics tools like Adobe and Google Analytics. You are comfortable with data analytics, return on investment calculations, and financial modeling, allowing you to distill complex data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to convey intricate analyses in digestible narratives, fostering trust with clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of analytics and measurement initiatives, from ideation to implementation. You will collaborate across teams to activate measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, developing scalable solutions to industry challenges. Your responsibilities will include advising on marketing analytics, including customer segmentation and behavioral insights, while uncovering business needs and translating them into powerful solutions.
You will drive user acquisition and activation strategies, working closely with engineering and design teams to innovate and enhance analytics capabilities. Your ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects will be crucial as you deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and its customers. You will also be responsible for building trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their success through effective analytics and insights.
