Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and at least 10 years of experience in site engineering, particularly in data centers or construction projects. Your extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and related technical areas allows you to navigate complex design challenges effectively. You are skilled in site layout, grading, drainage, and erosion control, and you understand the intricacies of water and wastewater design as well as hydraulic modeling. Your ability to communicate technical issues clearly, both in writing and verbally, makes you a valuable team player in collaborative environments.

You are a visionary who constantly seeks improvements and efficiencies in your work. You thrive in a team setting, collaborating with mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, and project management professionals to develop innovative solutions. Your experience enables you to generate ideas and communicate recommendations to senior executives, driving implementation alongside facilities technicians. You are committed to ensuring compliance with codes and standards while developing infrastructure improvements that enhance the functionality of data centers.

Desirable

A Master's degree in civil engineering is preferred, as is familiarity with industry construction means and methods. Your background in working with diverse teams and your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will set you apart.
