You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience managing communications in the tech, media, government, or non-profit space. Your focus has been on writing and strategic communications, and you have at least 3 years of experience supporting executive communications. You excel in stakeholder management and thrive in cross-functional environments, demonstrating the ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced situations. Your strong attention to detail and ability to build relationships across teams and functions set you apart. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities, and your excellent communication skills are a key asset.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the social media strategy for YouTube executives, shaping how leaders engage with the creator community, advertisers, and the public. You will develop strategies for executives' YouTube channels, including the production of long- and short-form videos. Staying ahead of trends and industry news is crucial to ensure that executives are part of the right conversations. You will track engagement metrics and analytics to understand reach and sentiment, manage content calendars, and ensure a steady, strategic cadence of posts. Your creativity combined with organizational skills will be essential in managing the diverse needs of artists, viewers, and partners.
