You possess strong skills in statistical analysis and coding, particularly in Python, R, and SQL. With 5 years of experience as a people manager in a technical leadership role, you excel at guiding teams through complex data challenges.

Your preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field and 15 years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of managing medium to large data science teams. You are adept at communicating complex data insights to stakeholders and influencing decision-making at the leadership level.

What you'll do

As a Senior Data Science Manager at Google, you will lead a team dedicated to Ads Privacy and Safety, providing quantitative support and strategic insights to various partners across the organization. You will identify and frame ambiguous business problems, using your analytical expertise to develop solutions that foster trust and safety for users. Your role will involve prioritizing data science work and owning the data science roadmap, ensuring that your team delivers impactful results on critical issues.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams, making critical recommendations based on data analysis. Your ability to weave compelling narratives from data will help guide product decisions and enhance user experiences. You will also mentor and develop your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
