Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in ML engineering, including production environments. Your background includes 5 years of software development experience, where you've honed your skills in software design, architecture, and shipping production-grade systems. You have 3 years of experience leading technical project strategy and ML design, optimizing ML infrastructure, and are well-versed in model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning. You are familiar with testing and launching scalable software products, and you thrive in complex, matrixed organizations.

Your preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and you have 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and setting technical direction. You possess experience with genAI techniques, such as LLMs, multimodal models, and large vision models, as well as genAI-related concepts like evaluations, language modeling, and computer vision. You are passionate about developing next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect and interact with information.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale AI-powered platforms and applications. You will provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Your role will involve facilitating alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines, while influencing and coaching a distributed team of engineers. You will be responsible for optimizing ML infrastructure and ensuring the successful deployment of machine learning models in production environments.
