Who you are
You have 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with a strong background in taking technical products from conception to launch. Your expertise in cloud storage and the public cloud ecosystem allows you to understand customer requirements and market trends effectively.
With 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure systems, you possess in-depth knowledge of compute, networking, and storage. Your familiarity with data center infrastructure and cloud computing makes you a credible product advisor to the Storage teams.
You excel in organizational skills, critical thinking, and prioritization, along with excellent communication abilities. At Google, you understand the importance of putting users first and are excited to work on products that impact millions of people daily.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will gather customer feedback and translate it into product requirements, ensuring that the products meet market needs.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, User Experience (UX) Design, Business, Customer Support, Marketing, and other Google Cloud product teams. Your ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps will drive product development and innovation.
You will be responsible for understanding market trends and the engaged landscape in the backup, disaster recovery, and data protection space. Your insights will help shape the product strategy and ensure alignment with customer needs.
