You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in program management, sales operations, or management consulting. Your background includes working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, where you've successfully run periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees. You possess strong quantitative analysis skills and have experience building user journeys, which allows you to synthesize insights and recommend actions based on data. Your fluency in English enables you to effectively support client management in this region.

A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field is preferred, along with experience as a subject matter expert on compensation plans in the technology industry or cloud. You have a proven track record of managing a variety of stakeholders and projects, ensuring work streams are completed efficiently. Your excellent business acumen and communication skills make you a key player in any team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager for Google Cloud’s Business Systems Transformation team, you will operate as a key stakeholder within one of Google Cloud’s Go-to-Market business functions. You will partner with teams across product, business functions, strategy and operations, and engineering to document business priorities, requirements, and roadmaps. Your role will involve developing systems, tools, and processes that empower sellers and channel partners with enterprise-grade solutions. You will coordinate with business transformation and engineering project managers to ensure that projects and deliverables remain on track and adhere to required operating frameworks. Clear and concise communication with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple channels will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will work closely with the change management team to ensure successful change adoption across regions and track success metrics periodically.
