You possess 3 years of experience in software design and architecture, which has equipped you with the skills to lead technical projects effectively. You are comfortable working in a matrixed organization, collaborating across functions and businesses to achieve project goals.

Your technical expertise includes a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, with at least 8 years of experience in this area. You have also held a technical leadership role for 3 years, guiding project teams and setting technical direction. You thrive in environments that require versatility and leadership, and you are enthusiastic about influencing and coaching a distributed team of engineers.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field would be a plus, as would any additional certifications in security or software development methodologies. Your ability to communicate effectively and align teams on goals and outcomes is crucial for success in this role.

What you'll do
