Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes working with SoC subsystems and managing silicon chip programs through all stages, from concept to new product introductions. You are adept at managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, particularly in the context of silicon programs, including packaging-related aspects and vendor management.

Your technical expertise allows you to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects effectively. You excel at planning requirements with internal customers and guiding projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring that project schedules are met and risks are identified and communicated clearly to stakeholders. You will track project progress, identify potential future challenges, and work with team leaders to develop mitigations. Your role will involve scheduling tradeoff discussions with cross-functional teams, balancing project needs with technical feasibility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of silicon engineering and validation are executed efficiently, contributing to the successful introduction of new silicon products.
