Who you are

You have 6+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, or UX design — your portfolio showcases your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and a Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred. You have a strong background in leading design projects, demonstrating your ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.

Your excellent communication skills enable you to present design concepts and align with partners effectively — you understand the importance of storytelling in design and can articulate your vision clearly. You have experience working on consumer-focused products, which has honed your ability to balance user needs with business objectives. You are passionate about creating user-centered designs that resonate with a diverse audience.

What you'll do

As a Senior UX Designer at Google, you will take complex tasks and make them intuitive and easy to use for billions of users worldwide. You will be responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that bring your design vision to life. You will integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates, ensuring that the user journey from acquisition to continuity is seamless and engaging.

You will advocate for a User Experience (UX) framework that drives positive impact on conversion across Google products and platforms. Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers, you will gather insights about user attitudes and behaviors to inform your design decisions. Your role will involve managing the membership subscription experience, ensuring that users have a smooth onboarding process and ongoing engagement with the product.
