Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of programming experience in C++, Python, or Go. Your background includes developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, and you have hands-on experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. You may also hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, which is preferred but not mandatory. Your experience extends to performance analysis, large-scale systems data analysis, and debugging, showcasing your ability to handle complex technical challenges. You are proficient in data structures and algorithms, whether in an academic or industry setting, and have a keen interest in developing accessible technologies. Your skills in code and system health diagnosis, resolution, and software test engineering are well-honed, making you a valuable asset to any engineering team.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer III at Google, you will work on critical projects that shape the future of Google Cloud performance.
