Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience programming in Python or C++. Your background includes 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and optimizing machine learning infrastructure, including model deployment and evaluation. You possess 5 years of experience in design and architecture, as well as testing and launching software products. You are familiar with speech/audio technologies, reinforcement learning, and have a specialization in machine learning fields. Your experience also includes 8 years with data structures and algorithms, and you have held a technical leadership role for at least 5 years, guiding project teams and setting technical direction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and build end-to-end infrastructure that meets tight latency and freshness constraints. You will partner closely with prediction, auction, and key stakeholders to identify the right solutions for user and advertiser experiences. Your responsibilities will include iterating on these experiences to ensure they meet user needs. You will also be involved in managing medium-sized teams and leading project teams to success, ensuring that the software products developed are of the highest quality and performance.
