Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience programming in C++, Java, or Go. Your background includes building software for data privacy or security, such as identity and access management. You may also hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields, which is preferred. You possess experience with performance, large-scale systems, data analysis, and visualization tools, as well as debugging skills. Your understanding of data structures and algorithms has been developed in either academic or industry settings. You have experience developing accessible technologies and are proficient in code and system health, diagnosis, resolution, and software test engineering.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer III at Google, you will work on critical projects that address the company's needs in security and privacy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect and interact with information.
