Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or corporate strategy roles. Your background includes 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders, and you have a strong understanding of the music and media industries. An MBA is preferred, and you bring 10 years of experience in professional services or management consulting.
Your expertise in SQL and data analytics tools allows you to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. You excel at building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners in operations, product, engineering, business development, finance, legal, and technology teams. You are adept at managing cross-functional dependencies and identifying opportunities for system improvements to enhance execution efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering service models for YouTube's Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams. You will work closely with business, product, and marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across partner and consumer segments. Your core responsibilities will include innovating and gaining alignment on service models, defining measures of success, enabling change management with frontline teams, and developing pilots to test new models.
You will manage progress, escalate delays or roadblocks when needed, and identify opportunities for system improvements to increase execution efficiency and reduce operational and payment risks. Your role will require you to collaborate with various teams to ensure that the service models are effective and aligned with YouTube's goals.
