Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. Alternatively, you may have 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. You possess 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives, and you have worked with executive stakeholders. Your background includes experience in technology companies, where you have driven cross-functional projects and alignments within organizations.

You excel in investigative and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to conduct quantitative analysis and communicate findings effectively to management. Your expertise in developing, understanding, and executing business strategies sets you apart, and you are known for your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide business-critical insights and analytics within Google’s Marketing organization, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution. You will engage with Google leadership to establish Marketing’s strategic direction, managing planning and operational processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating executive reviews, stakeholder coordination, workback planning, and resource allocation. You will support the execution of US go-to-market strategies that lead to improved market success and customer impact. Additionally, you will design, collaborate, and lead structured program management approaches for initiatives, ranging from building unified plans to performance tracking.
