Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Your background includes working with stakeholders to drive customer technical implementations or transformation programs, particularly in cloud operations. You possess excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills, enabling you to effectively support enterprise customers in their cloud journey.
Your experience includes collaborating with teams, business units, channel partners, and third-party developers to deliver impactful solutions. You have a strong understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, and cloud-native application development. You are adept at translating business requirements into technological solutions, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Google, you will guide customers through critical moments in their cloud journey, helping them transform and evolve their business using Google’s global network and software infrastructure. You will plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success. Your role will involve working closely with customers and Support to guide issues and escalations to resolution, developing best practices based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives that scale through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
