Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in program management. Your background includes extensive work with the design and construction of facility and infrastructure projects, particularly in the data center industry or other mission-critical environments. You excel at managing cross-functional projects and vendor relationships, demonstrating strong skills in requirement gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and goal attainment. You are comfortable communicating technical details to both executives and engineers, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements and identify risks. You will manage project schedules and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve overseeing project schedules and cost control activities, ensuring adherence to program-level controls, safety, and quality initiatives. You will provide leadership and management to ensure the successful delivery of Google's growing global fleet of Data Centers, working collaboratively with internal and external teams consisting of project management, engineering, and construction professionals.
