Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and you have practical experience in technical project management and stakeholder management. Your background includes professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting, and you are comfortable reading code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python. You are fluent in English, Spanish, or Portuguese, enabling you to effectively engage with local stakeholders.

You have experience with the Ads ecosystem, including GAM and FreeWheel, and you understand monetization options for display and video. Your familiarity with video-related technologies and supporting large broadcasters in live streaming or developer operations positions sets you apart. You thrive in customer-facing roles and have a proven track record in product implementations and technical solutions consulting, allowing you to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with Google’s largest advertising clients and product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for external clients and partners. Your role will involve overseeing the technical execution from concept design and testing to data analysis and support, ensuring that the Partner Sales team in YouTube and other stakeholders in Ad Manager 360, Legal, and Product are aligned to drive overall Partner business.

You will provide partner feedback to help Product and Engineering teams make informed decisions regarding product roadmaps. Additionally, you will manage tool development to automate and improve monitoring capabilities, reducing the risk of customer-impacting issues or outages. Your ability to maintain high productivity while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with strict attention to detail will be crucial for success in this role.
