You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in facility management or services, including hospitality, corporate services, property management, or office management. Your fluency in Mandarin and English allows you to effectively manage client relationships in your region. You possess excellent financial, agreement management, purchasing, leadership, communication, and presentation skills, which are essential for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with various business units to achieve company goals and standards. Your analytical mindset drives you to constantly improve the efficiency and efficacy of your projects, ensuring that workplace experiences are outstanding.

Desirable

Experience in developing and managing budgets, particularly capital budget justification, is preferred. You are comfortable collaborating at all levels and managing resources and projects that involve multiple stakeholders, vendors, and staff.
