Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in facility management or services, including hospitality, corporate services, property management, or office management. Your fluency in Mandarin and English allows you to effectively manage client relationships in your region. You possess excellent financial, agreement management, purchasing, leadership, communication, and presentation skills, which are essential for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with various business units to achieve company goals and standards. Your analytical mindset drives you to constantly improve the efficiency and efficacy of your projects, ensuring that workplace experiences are outstanding.

Desirable

Experience in developing and managing budgets, particularly capital budget justification, is preferred. You are comfortable collaborating at all levels and managing resources and projects that involve multiple stakeholders, vendors, and staff. Your ability to navigate tight timelines and changing circumstances is a testament to your adaptability and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

As a Workplace Services Manager at Google, you will design, implement, and manage service offerings that create consistent and outstanding workplace experiences globally. You will oversee vendor operations and ensure compliance with environmental and government regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with teams responsible for building operations, including repairs, maintenance, HVAC, janitorial services, and essential site services such as reception and occupancy planning. You will take on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of facility management are executed to the highest standards.
