What you'll do

As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that all procedures are followed for security and safety. During busy periods, you will assist in managing the flow of customers and provide support to your colleagues.

You will also be involved in training new employees, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them succeed. Your focus on customer service will drive sales and create a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, contributing to the overall success of the retail operations team.
