What you'll do

As a Retail Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that all procedures are followed for a secure and efficient operation. You will assist in training new employees, providing them with the guidance they need to succeed in their roles. Your focus on customer service will help create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers, driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

You will also be involved in managing inventory and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. During peak times, you will support the team by stepping in to assist with customer inquiries and transactions, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. Your role is crucial in maintaining the store's operational standards and contributing to its success.
