What you'll do

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that all procedures are followed for a safe and secure environment. You will assist in managing the store during peak hours, providing support to your colleagues and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly. Your role will involve training new employees, helping them acclimate to the store's operations and culture.

You will also play a key role in driving sales by providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their needs will contribute to the overall success of the store. You will be expected to maintain store standards and assist in inventory management as needed.
