What you'll do

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that all procedures are followed for a smooth operation. You will assist in managing the store during peak times, providing support to your colleagues and ensuring that customers receive the best service possible. Your role will involve training new employees, helping them understand their responsibilities and the importance of customer satisfaction.

You will also be tasked with maintaining store standards, including cleanliness and organization, to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
