What you'll do

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that all operations run smoothly during your shifts. You will assist in managing the store during busy periods, providing support to both customers and staff. Your role will involve training new employees, helping them understand store policies and procedures, and fostering a welcoming environment for customers.

You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
