What you'll do

As a Retail Sales Associate at Gopuff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This includes assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will also handle cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

In addition to customer service, you will be involved in sales floor merchandising, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and replenished as needed. You will assist with receiving shipments and organizing inventory to maintain a well-stocked sales floor. Your role may also include e-commerce fulfillment tasks, ensuring that online orders are processed and delivered promptly.
