What you'll do
As a Retail Sales Associate at Gopuff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will assist customers at the cashier, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. Your role will also involve merchandising the sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are well-stocked.
You will participate in replenishment activities, receiving new inventory and organizing it for easy access by customers. Additionally, you will support e-commerce fulfillment, helping to process online orders and ensuring that customers receive their products promptly.
