What you'll do

As a Retail Sales Associate at Gopuff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with their purchases, handle transactions at the cash register, and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. You will also be involved in receiving shipments and replenishing stock as needed.

In addition to your customer service duties, you will support e-commerce fulfillment by preparing orders for delivery and ensuring that all items are accurately picked and packed. You will collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, contributing to the overall success of the retail operation.
