What you'll do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. This includes greeting customers, assisting them with their purchases, and answering any questions they may have. You will also handle cashier duties, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a balanced cash register.

In addition to customer service, you will be involved in sales floor merchandising, which includes organizing products, creating appealing displays, and ensuring that the sales area is clean and inviting. You will assist with replenishment, making sure that shelves are stocked and products are readily available for customers.

You will also play a role in e-commerce fulfillment, preparing online orders for pickup or delivery. This may involve picking items from the sales floor, packaging them appropriately, and ensuring that they are ready for customers in a timely manner.
