What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, as well as maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled in a safe and well-organized manner. Additionally, you will contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, demonstrating your commitment to customer service. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products using various equipment, including carts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while adhering to safety protocols.

You will also be expected to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to take on different tasks as needed. Your ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts will be essential to the success of the operations team.
