What you'll do

As a Retail Sales Associate at Gopuff, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience. This includes assisting customers with their purchases, operating the cash register, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. You will also be involved in replenishing merchandise and fulfilling e-commerce orders, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner.

You will work closely with your team to maintain a welcoming and efficient shopping environment. Your role will require you to be proactive in addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their shopping experience. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about the products offered.
