Who you are

You have experience in retail management and a strong understanding of sales operations — you know how to create an excellent customer experience while driving sales and meeting business goals. Your leadership skills shine as you motivate your team to achieve store objectives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

You are analytical and can help the Store Manager assess sales trends — you develop actionable plans to enhance top-line sales and improve overall store performance. Your ability to enforce regulatory requirements ensures that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Sales Floor Leader, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on creating a positive shopping experience for customers. You will lead the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
