What you'll do

As a Senior Data Platform Engineer at Govini, you will be a core member of the product and engineering team, dedicated to helping clients replace time-consuming manual processes with efficient, data-driven solutions. You will lead efforts to design and implement robust data platforms that support various applications across the defense acquisition landscape. Your hands-on approach will involve working directly with data and cloud technologies to build scalable and reliable systems that meet the needs of our clients.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure that the data solutions you develop are aligned with client requirements and industry best practices. Your role will involve engaging in constructive dialogue with stakeholders to identify the best paths forward in solving complex data challenges. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
