What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the Managed Services team in developing and maintaining the infrastructure that powers Grafana Cloud's database products — your role will involve designing scalable architectures and ensuring the reliability of services. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for implementing best practices in software development, including code reviews and mentoring junior engineers — your leadership will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
