You have experience in building interactive learning experiences or similar educational tools — you understand how to create engaging content that helps users learn effectively. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You are proactive in seeking feedback and iterating on your work to ensure it meets the needs of users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Interactive Learning Plugin, an innovative feature designed to enhance user experience within Grafana. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that the plugin meets user needs and integrates seamlessly with existing features. Your work will involve writing code, creating documentation, and engaging with users to gather feedback and improve the product. You will also participate in community outreach efforts, helping to promote the plugin and gather insights from users.

You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the learning experience within Grafana, making a significant impact on how users interact with the platform. Your contributions will help drive user engagement and satisfaction, ultimately supporting Grafana's mission to provide powerful observability tools.
