You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that resonate with customers. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a solid understanding of user experience principles. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to bring ideas to life. You are passionate about building products that people love and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every design element serves a purpose. You thrive in an environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged, and you are always looking for ways to improve the user experience. You understand the importance of feedback and are open to iterating on your designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with teammates across product, marketing, engineering, and analytics to craft impactful experiences through new features and enhancements. You will define and shape features, starting from early ideas and sketches, progressing to interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final implementation. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize your ideas, and collaborating with engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and incorporating feedback into your own work. As a Senior Product Designer, you will mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking inspiration to elevate the design quality of the Superhuman Suite.
