What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Recruiter at Superhuman, you will take full ownership of the recruiting funnel, from initial sourcing through to closing and onboarding. You will strategically design and optimize each stage of the recruiting process, engaging with passive prospects and qualifying candidates effectively. Your role will involve managing interviews and ensuring that candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.

You will work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers, building collaborative relationships that help you deeply understand the needs of each role and the culture of the teams you are hiring for. Your insights will be crucial in sustaining critical pipelines that support the growth of diverse teams within the organization.
