Who you are
You have extensive experience in post-silicon characterization and testing, with a strong background in hardware engineering. You understand the intricacies of silicon devices and have a proven track record of executing testing plans that ensure product reliability and performance. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Silicon Engineering, and Hardware Engineering.
You are detail-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to interpret complex data and integrate results from various testing phases. Your ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively is essential in providing insights that drive product improvements. You are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and value diverse perspectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create and execute comprehensive bring-up and characterization plans for Graphcore's silicon devices. You will focus on both automated and manual testing in the lab and data center, ensuring that the devices operate correctly under all conditions. Your work will involve collaborating with production teams to gather data and integrate it into the overall characterization solution for the product. You will also be responsible for analyzing test results and providing actionable insights to improve product performance.
