What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of advanced manufacturing test strategies for complex Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) — your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of Graphcore's product development. You will design and direct innovative test approaches that not only maximize defect coverage but also shape the future direction of testing methodologies within the team. Your responsibilities will include selecting appropriate testing methods, defining technical strategies, and establishing evaluation criteria that influence product outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that testing processes align with product development goals. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing technologies, allowing you to continuously improve and adapt testing strategies. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills in testing and electronics.
